Donations made to CANOMA are tax-exempt, however, donations made to CAN or SNOCA will not be processed as tax-exempt.
CANOMA (Chiricahua Apache National Order, Mission & Alliance) is affiliated with CAN (Chiricahua Apache Nation) and SNOCA (Sovereign Nation of the Chiricahua Apache). CANOMA is a spiritual, religious organization therefor donations made to CANOMA are tax exempt. Donations made to CAN or SNOCA are used for the day-to-day operations of the Nation as well as being used in the journey towards Federal Acknowledgement. SNOCA is the official name our Nation is using moving forward to acknowledgement.
